Dean John Incent or Innocent GPF – a talk by David Pearce

Posted on October 30, 2013 by vburke44

Dean John Incent was friend of Henry VIII and Cardinal Wolsey and many other leading figures of the early 16th century.   In this entertaining talk, given during our recent day conference at Downside Abbey, David Pearce explores what is known of this enigmatic but powerful figure.   David taught for many years at Berkhamsted School which was founded by Incent.   61 minutes
